'Those we love don't go away , they walk beside us every day . Unseen , unheard but always near...'
Pat loved her family so much, a loving wife , mother , and grandmother, she was the beating 'heart' of the family. Leslie and her were not just husband and wife but best friends. I remember her , as the kindest person, who was full of fun and laughter, we had so many happy family holiday memories together, and she was a wonderful cook, some may not know it but her cricket teas were legendary.
She will be sadly missed by her family and those who knew her ❤️

What a lady. Pat was like a second mum to me when my mum Ann Preston, Pat's best friend passed away. I will love her forever. A beautiful, kind, gentle soul. Miss you. Jo xxxxxxxx

For my Gran there are no words to describe how much you meant to us. I have started this thought so many times and rewrote and deleted it more than I can count, the words to do you testament are to hard to find. Your kindness is unrivalled and you strength was unrelenting, but those words do not justice to the person you were, I don't think there are any words that can. You were always the loving and caring person for who noting was too much, you made me feel loved, at home and like I always had someone to talk to. You will forever be missed and hole will always be in my heart for the large place you took up. Thank you for everything that you were and for your love and strength over the years that has got us some difficult times. On Tuesday we will say goodbye for the last time but you will never be gone from our thoughts. With all my love, Dan xx
